ABHA Arena

Located in Al Rayyan, Qatar, ABHA Arena is a state-of-the-art indoor sports facility originally built to host the 2015 World Men’s Handball Championship. Today, the arena is operated by Al Sadd Sports Club and serves as the home venue for its handball team.

ABHA Arena has established itself as a prestigious venue for international competitions, hosting events such as the 2015 AIBA World Boxing Championships, the 2016 AIBA Futsal Intercontinental Cup and the 2016 ITTF World Tour Grand Final. It also hosted the 2023 World Judo Championships and is a future host for the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
